Florets of cauliflower marinated in a hung yoghurt with fresh ginger, lime, garlic, mustard oil. Cooked over charcoal & finished with fresh coriander


Imli Ka Jinga £16.75

Succulent King Prawns marinated with caraway seeds in a tomato & tamarind sauce finished with strained ginger and red chillies.

Rogni Venison (D) £15.95

Prime fillet of venison, simmered with fresh tomatoes in a traditional Kashmiri masala mix with pounded green cardamom, sun dried chillies, fenugreek and home-made yoghurt. Finished with fresh coriander
