June is underway and this month's Chef's Specials are packed with flavour. Plus a Calcutta favourite is on the menu!

Starters

Rack of Lamb (D) £7.95

Rack of baby Lamb marinated with fresh ginger, garlic and lemon juice. Coated with crushed coriander seeds, cumin seeds and black pepper.

Kesri Salmon Tikka (D) £8.25

Lightly dressed with saffron, smoked yoghurt, cold pressed mustard oil with a hint of fresh ginger.

Mains

Dhai Wala Murger (D) £13.95

Supreme breast of Chicken simmered with fresh mint, smoked yoghurt, fenugreek and freshly pounded garam masala. Finished with coriander.

Calcutta Hara Dhania (D) £15

Slow cooked Lamb simmered with fresh coriander, mint, green cardamom, fennel seeds, coconut milk and hung yoghurt. Finished with glazed onions and julienne fresh ginger.
