Summer has arrived, and so have our July Chef's Specials at Calcutta Club Nottingham. This month's menu brings together refreshing street food, expertly marinated grills, slow-cooked regional classics and beautifully prepared seafood, giving you the perfect excuse to discover something new.

This Month's Specials

Murmura Chaat

A light and refreshing Indian street food favourite made with puffed rice, fresh onion, chilli, mango and roasted chickpeas, all tossed in our tangy tamarind chutney. Bursting with flavour and texture, it's the perfect way to start your meal on a warm summer's day.

Namche Murgh Tikka

Succulent chicken thigh marinated with fragrant lime leaf, Indian gooseberry powder and chilli flakes before being grilled to perfection and served with our homemade chutney. A fresh take on a classic Indian favourite.

Champaran Lamb

Originating from the Bihar region of India, this traditional dish features tender lamb slow-cooked with onion, yoghurt and a blend of warming spices including clove, cinnamon, coriander and garlic. Rich, aromatic and full of authentic flavour.

Ananas Machi

Sous vide salmon and cod infused with our homemade masala before being served in a vibrant lentil, pineapple and tomato sauce. A beautifully balanced dish that combines delicate seafood with bold Indian spices.
